Laminated Dimensional Shingle Laminated shingles, also called a 30-year or Architectural shingle, offer a completely different look for roofing. Laminates are constructed in two parts, giving the appearance of a more deep and thicker shingle. They are heavier than their 25-year shingle and they provide a much nicer look.  Laminates are made in approximately 18 colors. The colors of granulation are also more varied and special effects called Shadow Banding give them much more depth. Laminates are tougher than 3-tabs and resist wind damage better than 3-tabs. We highly recommend this type of shingle. If you currently have 3-tabs on your home, the small cost of this upgrade is perhaps the best investment to protect your home and increase it's curb appeal!

CertainTeed offers you the broadest range of color and style choices. But you’ll see it’s not style over substance. You’ll get a roof that’s made from the highest quality materials and backed by a strong warranty program. It’s their promise to you: quality made certain, satisfaction guaranteed.

Shingles that are “impact resistant” are considered a class 4 product, and are designed to withstand high winds and hail damage. Shingles with the Class 4 rating have an impact resistance rating of UL 2218. A class 4 shingle could get you a discount with some insurance companies.

Pro-Panel metal roofing is a painted light weight material that can bring a home beauty, durability, reduced energy & sometimes insurance costs. Metal roofing provides many advantages over your typical asphalt shingled roof. This type of roof could last between 30-60 years. 26ga Pro-Panel is considered  to be a class 4 product. Metal is naturally extremely fire resistant. Metal roofs have a better resistance to winds, loads of snow, sleet, and hail.

Stone Coated Steel is lightweight and non-combustible. It is a Class A rated material. It will not crack, break, burn, curl, split or rot. Stone coated steel is impact resistant, and has the highest rating available; Class 4, UL 2218. It is also non-porous, freeze/thaw resistant, and has a long life expectancy and is a low maintenance roof. Stone coated steel panels are made to withstand winds up to 120+ mph and their interlocking panels provide a weather tight barrier. Some shingle profiles are foot traffic permissible (walkable). If you are looking for a beautiful, low maintenance roof that will last virtually a life time, this is the roof for you! Stone Coated Steel comes in various colors and offers a 50 Year Limited Warranty.
