TPO Roofing

TPO is a 2-Ply vinyl fabric combined with a rubber-like material. This membrane resists tears, punctures and is flexible, allowing it to adjust to the movement of a building. TPO can be fastened, mechanically glued, or use ballast. It works very well in areas of high winds. A TPO roof usually lasts 10-20 years. A white TPO roof is typically used as it reflects light in the high 80% range when new. TPO roofing systems have a fully heat welded seam. This means no seams to fail. TPO roofing systems are highly resistant to chemicals and oils. They are great applications to restaurants and are commonly used on any commercial or low sloped roofs. They are usually not effected by areas of ponding water.
